It’s all about luxury properties in 2017
As we look back on 2016 and head into the end of the year, the luxury market is on the rise with a low inventory of homes under $2 million forcing buyers into a higher-priced market.
Homes over $1.2 million are scarce, with only 16 properties currently listed. High-end buyers are after something special in terms of amenities, maintenance-free living and craftsmanship. The Porches is the only property in Steamboat that offers all of the above, plus an added value of top-notch concierge services. This past year has been one of the busiest for The Porches with 9 sales between $200,000 to $2.1 million.
