Our last 4-bedroom home at The Porches, 1223 All Seasons Ct, is the mountain home of your family’s dreams.
From the driveway, head up the stairs and enter through the front door onto a slate entryway landing. Just up the stairs the home starts to come alive…
Vaulted ceilings draw your eye up to beautiful, exposed wood beams as tall windows stream in natural light from every wall. The expansive kitchen and open floor plan allows the whole family to be together while the smells of a holiday feast fill the air.
The coveted, ranch stone fireplace creates the perfect setting to gather around on a cold, winter night and watch the snowfall.
Step out onto the patio off the dining room for the best views of the fireworks on the mountain and magnificent south valley views of the Flat Tops Wilderness.
Wander upstairs to a bedroom off the landing, lie in bed and gaze out the large window as the sun sets over the Sleeping Giant.
Continue up the stairs where a loft provides the perfect hideaway to curl up with a book and listen to the chatter and laughter below.
Enter the master bedroom with it’s own stone fireplace and private balcony overlooking the Flat Tops Wilderness. There are even black out shades for when you need just a little extra sleep to start the New Year.
