We have found that many second home owners are not able to escape to Steamboat as often as they’d like but would like to have a place to call home when they are able to make it out. The Porches fractional ownership allows buyers to own in a multi-million-dollar home at a fraction of the cost.
Our owners are guaranteed six weeks per year, three in the summer and three in the winter, plus additional weeks based on availability. The additional space available time has allowed many of our owners to plan last minute trips whether to hit the slopes on a powder day or bask in the Steamboat sunshine.
So many ways to use your weeks…
Fortunate enough to make it to Steamboat often? We’d love to have you for the full six weeks. When you aren’t able to use all of your time, we offer other options so you get the most out of your home.
Please feel free to gift one or all of your six weeks for family and friends to use or donate a week to an auction. We also offer a wonderful rental program. If you’d like to put your weeks in the rental pool, we take care of securing the reservations and welcoming the guests.
The Registry Collection
For the world travelers in our midst, fractional ownership allows you to trade up to four of your weeks with The Registry Collection. Trading your weeks earns you points that you can use to travel to over 200 luxury properties spanning 40 countries.
The introduction of the Ikon Pass has made this program more rewarding than ever, using your Ikon pass and your Registry Collection membership experience powder skiing at the below destinations.
